I don't normally post negative reviews, but this was an exceptionally horrible experience at this store. I found a hat that I wanted to purchase ($29.99). Found a nice pair of socks (was told they were $15). Salesman rings up the items, and the total comes up to $70. Of course, I ask the obvious question, and the Salesman tells me that the hat was $49.99. I told him that I thought the sticker said $29, and he assured me that all the hats are either $49 or $59. My card was already in the machine and gets charged, I guess I was mistaken. So, before I walk out of the store, I check the hats that I purchased, and sure enough, the bright green sticker says $29.99. So, I take it back to the Salesman. He says that the price isn't correct and removes the sticker. I stare at him and ask, "Well...aren't you going to honor the price?!! He says, "No, I don't know who put that price on there, but it's not correct." I give him a confused look and go back to the stack of 10 of the same hats and yell, "Yo!!! They all have $29.99! He promptly comes to me and takes all whole stack and says, thanks for telling me, I will fix them all." I stop him and say... you can't just change the price to whatever you want after the sale, you have to....uggh, where is your manager? He says there isn't a manager in right now. I just work here. It took every ounce of my being not to lose my mind on the young man. Thank goodness that I have learned patience and understand that it is only $20. Needless to say, although this store has lots of great clothes, for my own sanity, I will NOT step foot in this...
Read moreOur first initial service from Daniel was great but after day one it went downhill. It took almost a month to receive all of our suits. There was delay after delay and poor communication. We had to constantly call/ show up to inquire if our suits were completed since they kept pushing our tailoring out. For weeks - we went to check and never told they were NOT ready till we show up in store. A lot of wasted time going back and forth to the store. When we reached out to Daniel to let us know if our suits were ready we did not get a response unless we called the store. When we were able to get ahold of him he always seemed annoyed to help out. There were many times were they were confused as the prior suit was still attached to the note. Weeks went by and the suits were not ready from the original date and we grew discouraged. Their excuse was due to rom/ other weddings. As a business they should stop using other events as a excuse as service times should be due to purchase date / tailoring time.. Honestly disappointed in the service received here and I would not recommend...
Read moreWent in looking for a suit for my son. He’s 10. It’s hard to find suits in the 18 range for youth/junior’s sizes. But Men’s District had the available and In STOCK! I can’t emphasize how important the latter is as most stores that sale suits won’t have youth sizes in the store and most of the time they have to be ordered or online-only. “Jackie” greeted us even though she was already speaking to other customers and was immediately helpful to us. Asked if we were looking for both my son and I. At first I was only planning to purchase my son a suit. But after seeing Jackie’s amazing, gentle, knowledgeable, and helping charisma, I ended up buying a suit for myself. I usually don’t get them tailored at the stores I buy them from but just because Jackie treated us like kings (that’s how we felt) we wanted to take the time to write and recommend this store to other people looking to buy a suit. Prices are reasonable and location at a mall is easy to find. Ask for Jackie. She’ll make you...
