We never come to this lululemon, we always go to the fashion valley one but unfortunately they stopped hemming at the fashion valley location. This by far is the worst lululemon branch I’ve ever been to. I came on October 31st and the location was closed. It also took a hour to get to this location. The security guard told me they open Nov 1, we came next day Nov 1st and was NOT greeted once and just got stares by all employees. No one asked if we needed help, absolutely nothing. The only helpful person was a tall guy which I did not get his name. We called before hand and asked if they do hemming and they said yes. When I got to the store they said they aren’t going hemming until Monday. I just called and asked and they said YES! Make it make sense. Again, it takes a hour to get here from my home. TIME WASTED! Read moreThis brand used to be worth the price since they have a quality exchange. I have many different brands of leggings and Lulu leggings have the worst quality issues. The black leggings fade and peel really fast. I tried to do a quality exchange and wasted my time because they said I couldn’t do it without an ID although I had the app and phone number I used. These leggings are too expensive to mess up this fast and be this difficult to exchange. Their customer service and warranty is terrible for the price. I really hope Lulu can fix their customer service and make it easier to exchange leggings if it’s their fault for the quality being this terrible. There is no reason why $125 leggings shouldn’t last longer than a year. If it doesn’t last then we should be allowed to exchange them easily. Read moreThis is by the far the worst lulu lemon branch I have ever been to. As an ambassador of this brand, I refuse to let anyone be treated the way I was yesterday. I walked in to get a security tag taken off as it was a gift, and I'm not upset that they would not take off the tag, but by the service. I was waiting in line at 1135 for TEN minutes while two girls were working with other people, and then this lady walked in and came immediately behind me and a man who was working there came out and HELPED HER as I had been waiting for 10 minutes. The entire process was racist and undeniably cruel- I hope everyone who works there gets minimum wage because their quality of work...
