There are a couple of female staff members that are extremely rude and either racist or just plain out filled with a large amount of hate for everybody as i have never been so rudely treated, and seen others tested also horribly , at the drive through, she slams the door in your face before you can even ask for any sauce or ketchup or anything, basically throws your order at you and then takes off like she really doesn't want to deal with your order. They close randomly at all times, they don't wear name badges and with so many complaints on Yelp and here, i have no idea how these people are still hired there, anywhere else with competent management, I'm sure she'd be fired already, also I'm pretty sure the manager is her dad, something sketchy like that going on, nobody that behaves that way on a daily basis can possibly keep a job where you have to interact with customers and provide a service, I'm sure NOBODY is giving them training of ANY kind, they have been then for months now, with absolutely embarrassing and outrageous reviews again, here and in Yelp, impossible for corporate not to be looking into this already, absolutely ridiculous behavior from staff there, making jack look bad as a business who can't keep their employees in line or happy, either...

For example, you should bring the prices down lower than what they are right now. You should try to compromise some. Like, for instance, if a customer has been coming to you on or almost on a regular, at least 5 to 10 times, whether it's been in the morning, noon, or at night, or a combination of those, then on anywhere from the 5th to the 10th visit, that customer should get any order or orders of their choice for free. Read moreBy FAR worst experience at a fast food restaurant. The date is July 31 2013. Around 12:30 I went to order some food which to my dislike came out cold and rushed despite there being no line. I live literally 2 minutes away, so there is no way it got cold within that time frame. As I pull up to the window the cashier is on her phone texting away even after she notices me sitting there. She laughs with her coworker calling him over to see whats on her phone. Its surprising that a manager would encourage this type of behavior. My food took less than a minute to cook, and it ended up being cold as ever as if they just threw it in the microwave. Never again will I be coming to this location; even the last time I visited I got slight food poisoning from undercooked food. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow to ensure this establishment receives better management and better costumer service...
