Very Rude employee by the name of Andrea! Got an acai bowl with rotten banana hidden under a ton of granola (all of the fruit was underneath the granola) and I went back inside so they can remake it for me she didn’t even let me finish talking she just took it from my hands and tossed it - when she brought the second one she just said “here u go” and walked away from the counter before I even got there. Read moreI have been a fan of Jamba juice for over 20 years and have visited many of them across the country. The overall quality of food and drink here is consistent, but the attitude of the staff is an embarrassment. I find them to be very condescending very dismissive and really unwilling to accommodate special requests. Though they do do them, it feels like pulling teeth to ask them to modify any recipe. Finally another location opened up nearby and they have the exact same problem. Read moreI’m not familiar with the menu, so the cashier Zakeesha describing how the drinks taste like helped me in differentiating the smoothies and the blended coffee that I ended up getting the “buzzin mocha moo’d” which I loved so much. She also mentioned food bites, which I thought was a good initiative in promoting the products. I added Mozzarella bites and Waffle to my order.
