Vitale Poke Shop & More — Restaurant in Chula Vista

Happened to find this place on the way to the dog park within Otay Ranch Center. We were craving poke instead of tacos so gave it a try. It opened a couple months ago so still seems pretty new and only one person is working at a time. It's a little pricey but they have a large selection of toppings and sauces. We got half salad / half brown rice and the person working was nice and gave good portions. There's some outdoor seating too.

There was something extra salty in our poke bowl but we're not sure which ingredient it was or if it was a specific sauce. Other than that, it was good! It's similar to other customize-your-bowl assembly...

Stopped in here for the first time. Although the customer service was absolutely great! The salmon I got was really questionable. It had a greenish/yellow coloring to it and didn't taste fresh at all. Their portions weren't as great as most poke places. And when asked for garlic I got sesame seeds (could have been a bigger issue had I been allergic). Their vitale sauce was amazing though but thats about all the good i can say. Also got a "raw" juice and it definitely was a smootie... Not sure if these reviews are paid because of all the 5 star reviews or if I just happened to go on a day they weren't...

I visited today after the gym due to my poke craving. Best poke I’ve had in a while everything not only looked very fresh but also tasted really fresh with good flavor. The bowl proportions are perfect. I got the regular bowl (3 scoops of protein). Not only did I get full but I was able to save some for later. Don’t get me started on the great customer service.
