Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Cicero

I went to this Jimmy John’s and ordered a sandwich I told the cashier as well as the sandwich maker that I did not want tomatoes on my sandwich. After receiving my food I began eating and noticed that it had tomatoes that I am highly allergic to. I went back in and told the cashier and sandwich maker who identified her self as being the manager and was rudely told to leave that the store was closed and she was trying to go home. She did nothing to try to accommodate me the only thing she said was my bad after I informed her that I was allergic to the tomatoes. She then refused to give me the store number or provide me with her name. I ended up having an allergic reaction do to her incompetence. This woman was deliberately indifferent to my health and safety and failed to take the proper steps to prevent any risk of harm. I will be contacting the corporate office and possibly legal consultation. This issue could have simply been resolved be refunding my money or remaking my food. Instead I was cursed out and told to leave the store. She even went so far as to call her boyfriend to come to the store to harm me. Don’t get an attitude back and act like I’m inconveniencing you! I asked for her name and she gives me her name and then states, “I’m the manager!” I don’t care who you are or what your position is. Went here a few times. Asked for extras and sometimes wouldnt get everything I asked for but that was ok. Went this day and had asked for extras and less mayo. Received a regular sandwich with extra mayo and no extras and didnt get a receipt either. Not sure what the problem was but this was unacceptable and had to get a full refund. Not going to this location anymore. Otherwise, the place is clean...
