I am one to not 1 star a location. But this location on this date & a prior date failed multiple times. 2 days ago I placed my order late night in the drive thru, i received my order and noticed it was incorrect. They immediately corrected it. I left and went home. I opened the bag, everything was there. I then opened my "Double Quarter Pounder" box and saw that it was a single patty, top and bottom bun, & 2 pickles only. I was upset, its not what i paid for. I called and got offered a replacement the next time I'm by since I don't live close, to simply say my name at the window without a receipt and they will check their notebook where manager wrote info down.
I go 2 days after to this location which is a good drive away. I arrive and say why I'm there. I ask for a manager over the intercom. The manager had bad broken english, couldn't understand her clearly and she could not understand my english.. like cmon, you're a manager. Anyways, I didn't mind it I can speak spanish but before I did she disappeared from the intercom and no one would respond so I went to the window. A guy says what was my problrm, I explain and manager is behind him hiding. He explains to her, and then they finally go check for my name. 5 minutes later... NOTHING. They said come tomorrow. They don't see my name or any info about my problem anywhere .. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I asked to know when the other manager worked. By this time I was very very upset I wasted my time. Anyways, I was hungry so I placed an order with the guy at the window. He repeated my order and it was correct. I move up to next window, get my bag and leave. I arrive at home, open bag and im missing my large fries. I immediately call the restaurant and tell them my issue. I speak to manager and she seemed scared to talk. I gave her my order # on receipt. She then repeats my order & i disagree. I look more closely at my receipt and notice the mistake. The guy had charged me for the sandwhich ONLY and not the meal even after confirming order at window twice. Now I have wasted my gas again for multiple mistakes, but hey.. I should have looked at the receipt so we both made a mistake. But come on! I was not even told sorry or offered a complimentary small fries for my trouble, time, and gas.

Read moreWell, it was 10:40 and I was on my way home from fasting blood work and was pretty hungry by this time. But I had a craving for breakfast. So I pretty much knew McDonald’s only serves breakfast until 10am but I ventured to ask if they had any breakfast sandwich sandwiches. The young man at the drive through was nice enough to ask me to wait while he asked and much to my surprise, he said they had a McGriddle and a couple of biscuit sandwiches. I was so overjoyed that they were willing to sell me some breakfast and so I ordered the McGriddle meal. The lady on the second window gave me the option of getting fries that were ready to go or waiting a few minutes for them to fry a hash brown… which was definitely my choice. I have asked before at other McDonald’s in years past just as they were changing the menu to the regular lunch menu which was only a couple of minutes past the deadline and was always rudely told NO. Today, I had a really nice experience and so I decided to share that the employees here, do their best to show that they are courteous and this is something that the owners of this particular McDonald’s should take pride in. Read moreTerrible speeds and customer service. Staff is pretty friendly but often your order will be wrong and it will take you forever to get through the drive thru. I spend 25 minutes in the drive thru and they still ended up getting my order wrong, missing an item. And when I went back to tell them (after being at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes beeping and trying to get someone to attend me) the person in the drive thru said the missing item was in the bag and didn't want to give me it. Keep in mind, it was a 6 piece nugget. It was like she was accusing me of taking it out of the bag. One night I had an uber eats order and I was there 40 minutes from the point of getting in the drive thru up until I actually got my order. The food ia usually good, but my gosh the speed is so bad and the customer service is just as bad. Don't bother trying to call neither, because you'll have to call 10 or more times usually for someone to answer the phone. This place needs change. McDonald's was my 1st job in high school and if we ran things like this place does, we wouldn't have had jobs. I hardly have a decent...
