It's been about a year now that I have been going to this gaming room. It's walking distance but for me, a 65 year old, it's a long walk! Today I walked over and my favorite machine had a reservared sign on it with no money in it. They have a sign in sheet for guest to sign in to be "next" on a machine that is in use by another guest. I signed in for that particular machine but I noticed that another guest was waiting for that machine also. So I started playing on another machine. About 15 minutes has past still no one was playing that machine. I asked the attendant how long will that machine be on reserved? She looked at me and stated the player is still here. She walked away and in about one minute later a guest sat at the machine. A few minutes passed and the other guest sitting in the lounge area left. The lady was still sitting at the machine but I noticed she was not playing. No one was playing the machine next to her and my machineI was playing wasn't doing well for me. I went to play the machine next to my favorite machine that the lady was sitting at. I noticed no only was she not playing but she didn't have any money in it. I played the machine I was sitting at for about 15 minutes and noticed that the guest was still not playing. After losing $100 wait for my favorite machine, I left. I explained to the attendant why she would allow a guest to hold up a machine she is not playing for so long? That's my 2nd bad experience. The first bad incident I encountered was that of the rudeness of the attendant towards one of the other players guest. The guest of the other player was standing behind the player watching his friend play. The attendant rudely starting snapping her fingers shouting, hay you can't stand there! You have to play or go sit down over at the tables!, and she pointed at the lounge area. Everyone turned to look at her. We all realized she was talking to the guy standing behind his friend playing the slot machine. The guest didn't understand stand her so he didn't move. I am not going to be able to enter all the details but she got pretty rude where I had to say to her that I felt she was being rude and unpleasant to the guest. I told her he may not understand what she is saying. I explained that the other gaming rooms allow others to watch their friends or partners play. She stated with attitude. Well this is not that place and I was not talking to you. I was shocked of her response and behavior. Although the guy standing may not be actually playing the game, he was standing right behind his friend bothering no one. At that moment a different employee happened to walk in to relieve the attendant. Everyone continued to play their slot machine. The guy still stood there. The two attendants walked to the back for a few minutes and when they came out they commenced to switch shifts. The rude attendant left. Now the guy is still standing behind his friend as the new attendant takes over. She says nothing to the guys and they continue to play. I did go out of my way to find out how to contact her manger. When I did, I told her of the situation and I believe she communicated with her employee because the next time I visited that gaming room, that particular attendant did seem to have a bit of a more...
