Boba Cha — Restaurant in Cincinnati

This may be the best milk tea I have had yet, only based of the one I got. First visit and all four of us loved it. I got the Mango Coconut Milk tea it looked vibrant and viscous and that is how it tasted real big sweet mouthfeel but the coconut creaminess balanced it out, was truly amazing. I usually like the fruit options of fruited teas but prefer the viscosity and full flavor of mil teas, I will be trying a fruit tea from them next time I am in combination because my sisters peach mango wit tea with orange bursting boba looked like juice and she sad it was the most flavorful boba she has had.

Boba is amazing let’s talk about the store it is a small store front that my guess will always be packed, no worries they do to go orders which seems to be ahead of most boba shops. I’m a huge fan of bubble tea, and have been for years. I’ve visited dozens of shops in multiple cities across the United States, and this is far and away the best one I’ve found. Unlike a lot of bubble tea stores that use powders, you can tell that Boba Cha uses freshly brewed teas and real fruit. It really makes a difference! Plus the owner, Irene, and the other staff members are all super friendly. I love how much flexibility you have with customization of sweetness levels, non-dairy milk options, etc. And they don’t charge you for the add-ins or additional flavors like so many other places do these days, so it’s very reasonably priced, too. This is a good and yummy place to get bubble teas but the lady who I think runs the place seems kind of rude, the younger girls there are excellent with service tho and that’s why I have given 4 stars but with the women I asked a simple question about the point system they have set up . I had 5 stars and wasn’t sure if that was a free t shirt or a drink and when I asked her she looked at me crazy and mocked it ,had a attitude as if I should already know. This hasn’t been the first time ether I notice her facial expressions when certain people come in her shop but For someone who IS a regular customer who is spending MONEY on her products she should be a little more generous and respectful, and that’s for ANYBODY...
