Selfie Cincy — Attraction in Cincinnati

I had a very disappointing experience at this business due to unprofessionalism and poor time management. My friend and I wanted to do photos for a Galentine's event on Valentine's Day as this was our first time in Cincinnati, and we had a scheduled session at 6:30pm, but 15 mins prior to our session, we received a call from the employee asking if we could come in at a later time (7pm) due to another group "running over" during their time. We get there just for another group who also had the same timeslot as us, stated they were told the same thing and had be standing outside the locked space for about 10 minutes.

My friend and I also ended up waiting outside with them for a couple of minutes due to the employee claiming she couldn’t get in due to a "iced" back door. Once she finally arrived at 7:11pm..., she made a bunch of excuses of it not opening even though she gave the impression of just coming back from a night out. We also had to try to take our photos with the other group of people that were waiting at the same time. The space of this place is not the biggest and it was pretty uncomfortable to try and not get in each other's way/photos.

Not only did the pushing back of our time and her not even being on time to let us in cause an inconvenience on our time, but my friend and I ended up missing our highly anticipated dinner reservations.

While I understand that it was Valentine’s Day and she may have had other plans, it was completely unprofessional to not be on time for scheduled appointments and even lying saying another group's time went over when she wasn't even there. If she wanted to go out, the place could have at least closed down for the day and not accepted our reservations.

Given the lack of professionalism, time management, and customer consideration, I cannot recommend this business or rate it highly. We would...

We visited Selfie Cincy last week while one of the girls I nanny for was off school. She's in a wheelchair and I wanted to take advantage of having a place that could boost her confidence. The setup was perfect, completely handicap accessible. I booked the 2 pm time slot, hoping it wouldn't be as busy and we would have lots of room to navigate. I was right. It was just us and she had time to take some of her favorite pictures, try on all the outfits and make the best type of memories. They had ring lights available, played fun music while we were there and she felt like a star. We can't wait to visit again once the rooms change...

I booked a time for my sister's birthday and we had a blast. The owner was such a BOSS, I loved it She's very professional and her assistant was as well. She's very involved in what's going on with her clients. I believe myself and my sister made it a party and the owner and her assistant joined us. I absolutely recommend SelfieCincy to everyone.
