I went in to grab snacks for my mother who was getting her hair done at a shop down the street. I was greeted more so for the owner to see who was in the store. Didn't ask if I needed help or anything. He doesn't wear a mask, and was making jokes about people still wearing mask with a customer who also wasn't wearing a mask. Complained that Covid restrictions are hurting his business, and said unemployment was to blame...I paid with money I get from unemployment. You never know who your customer is, and you should definitely respect public safety if you expect the public to support you. I won't be back. He didn't have much merchandise to pick...

Edit to respond to owner: I have never shoplifted. That is a lie. I have been to your store twice. I paid for all my items, was respectful and courteous as I checked out, and there were no issues, at all. You are a liar. You should be ashamed. I gave an honest review, you slandered and lied. Love this place... the owner is kind and really worked with the community counsel and other local groups to see what the neighborhood wanted in terms of a convenience store that actually provides great stuff for your... convenience.
