I went for my first time this past weekend . I was told that the chicken tenders are incredible . I will say I was a bit skeptical , but after trying them they are incredible . The tenders are battered in a delicious but salty recipe of awesomeness . They are super crispy , which I enjoy . The sauces are very flavorful and worth trying them all . So the food was good , but I have a few issues , the service was quite slow and that is being modest . I personally had to check in with the bartender to see if my food was ready ,and it had been sitting in the window for what appeared to be 10 minutes... Which gets me to the individuals , I didn’t have the best report with the bartender , he seemed uninterested , and busy chatting with what appeared to be other patrons . A common issue but still quite unpleasing . You know it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch . I will be going back, because I like the food and supporting new places in my community . However I may order online and pick it up . The atmosphere is not quite worth the visit for me but if the sports bar thing is your vibe , go see a Game , grab a beer, and some food.

We heard the food was good, so we decided to check out the Pony. First time going, and wow it was a good time. Relaxed vibe, great (but small) menu, and awesome food, although, the beer selection was lacking. It was nice there were booths as well, on top of the bar itself - I liked that we were able to sit down and eat and chat at a table vs a bar. Benches were kinda dirty though lol, but nothing terrible I got the honey mustard wings they have - and wow, absolute bangers, seasoned perfectly & piping hot. The burger with a slice of bacon was stupid delicious. A little overcooked on the meat but it wasn't even noticeable enough to care about. Cause that bacon kicks you in the mouth on your first bite. Simply put their burger is severely underrated. the fries were unbelievable - flat out some of the best (and thickest) I've had in a while. Flaky, crispy, crunchy & covered with sea salt, their fries are a must. All in all, cool spot to grab a bite and have a beer and if you're bar hopping, one worth stopping in!

Great place for a drink. And great food too! We stopped in for lunch before a Reds game. We shared the chicken wing dip with Fritos. It was incredibile and you get a lot of dip! And we shared the 4 chicken tenders and fries. They were some of the best tenders I've ever had. We also got the last of the Bell's Habanero Mango Oberon. Our Reds game got rained out and we were happy because we got to hang out longer at The Pony. Next time we go, we're going to try their burgers or the chicken tender sandwich. The Pony has quickly become one of our favorite bars not only on OtR but also all of Cincinnati.

I do not appreciate being embarrassed or harassed by the bar tender about my medical condition that prohibits me from wearing a mask. He basically yelled at me in front of other customers telling me that there is no such thing as a medical exemption to the point that he had customers saying things to me while I had my 6 year old child with me. I have documentation by a physician stating my exemption. He could have simply asked me politely and quietly to just have them bring the food outside next time but I also have medical conditions that hinder me from being out in the cold for long. It was very rude a violation of HIPPA and embarrassing. This should not be the way you treat your customers and maybe you should have a designated area away from people sitting at the bar to pick up food.... bc where you currently have it puts people within 6 feet of other customers. Maybe you should actually get to know the law better before you decide to violate it accuse others of lying, harass and embarrass...
