I do not drink pop. I do not drink juice. I do drink a great deal of tea. Whether you have had the finest teas in the world or have never touched the stuff, this is the place for you. You will find placards on the walls detailing the teas available, a description of them, and a per ounce price. Below the menu are tins container samples of the teams listed above for you to see and smell. They have an amazing assortment, including matcha, green tea, oolong, black, herbal, rooibos, flowering, mate, and the newest cultivar, purple tea. In addition to the teas, you can purchase all the paraphernalia your heart desires. Everything from strained to pots to spoons to gift sets. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and attentive. They honestly want you to have the best tea drinking experience possible, and if you tell them what you like and what you don't like, they will happily match a tea to your tastes. They will include a brochure on how to properly prepare each cup of tea, and answer any questions you may have. My personal favorites are Eight at the Fort, White Lilac, All About Eve, and Ginger Jasmine Green. I have friends who request I bring the Lemon Drop. Coincidentally, they won an award for this tea. What can I say, my friends have great taste. Be sure to join their loyalty club, because you will be back. Hey, Google, can I give Churchill's Fine Teas more...
Read moreI have been going to Churchill Fine teas for over 5 years always the Findlay market location. Due to the great customer service and the owner is always very kind. I went early last Saturday to get maybe 5 or so teas, when I came in I was not greeted just told that they would be with me shortly no other instructions and I waited kindly and patiently. When it was my turn I told the young lady with shorter hair my 5 teas I wanted. You could clearly tell she was overwhelmed annoyed and frustrated. She says to me next time with this many teas you need to use the pad and write them down and I said oh no one’s ever told me to do that I just always telll them. She said it with an attitude. At that point I just completely shut down. I got my teas and went to checkout the young man at the register was very kind and so was the young lady with dark hair who was making the teas. I asked them both was the Madisonville location open on Sundays. They told me yes and I said that’s great that’s where I will have to start going my experience was just not the best today and it was very off. The young man very kindly asked if there was anything that they could do and I politely said no and thanked him. I was so disappointed mainly because I was looking forward to my normal positive shopping experience and none of the regular workers were were working Saturday morning. It was just...
