This location has now messed up a pretty simple drink order 3 times in 1 week.
I came through the drive through last weekend and ordered a hot macchiato with coconut milk and french vanilla swirl. I pay for the order, immediately the manager or a supervising employee says hey this new employee just realized their mistake and charged for an iced drink which is more let me correct it. They do, no worries.
However, I get home and take my first sip and the drink is not as I ordered but a general macchiato, no flavor and not coconut milk. I'm not happy but don't want to waste time going back to the store so I call. I speak with the employee who 'fixed' the order initially. They apologize and give me a drink credit when I come in next. Okay, great, exactly what I would expect to be the fix. No worries.
Yesterday I went through the drive through and there was a different crew working. I tell them I have a drink on credit, and explain what it was, they read it back as not the order I just gave them. I say no, it is this to which I'm told yes sir I have it here. When I get to the window they try to give me someone else's order. I reiterate what the case was(free drink sure to mess up) and what was. They say oh okay it's coming up. Perfect.
The employee at the window then asks if I want it any special way. I look puzzled at her I say no, I want it how I ordered it is all. I get told they are putting special love into it it'll be right up.
I get it, take a drink and immediately it is exactly what happened previously.
How do you screw up the same way across employees so tremendously? At this point I can't recommend this location for anyone. That's upsetting because clearly there is a breakdown in training employees or making sure they are focused at work.
If I had a complicated order, sure I get it. I even understand people making mistakes, but 3 mistakes in a row isn't mistakes, it's bad practice and it falls to Management and the owners.
Do better, this is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. Coffee and donuts is what you do, and you clearly aren't doing...

A female manager blamed it on previous management but is trying to get the store together. A month passes after going here 4-5 days per week and today I was given an ice coffee when I ordered Hot. I told the nice worker at the window who started today that my drink was suppose to be hot. No problem from her. She tells the girl Carma or Karma who took and made my order it's suppose to be hot.
