Edit 4/21/22:   I'm really sad because I love this place but I just had to leave without any sandwich.  I used to give them 5 stars. Every time I've gone I've got a turkey sandwich to take to work the next day.  I've never had a problem with the way I've ordered it.  Turkey on wheat with provolone cheese, pickle wedge wrapped in parchment or wax paper, and sides of Mayo.  I explained this in detail to avoid any confusion.

Instead of letting me know of any items out of stock or asking me for clarity while making the sandwich, they just throw together a regular sandwich with lettuce and tomato and throw a bunch of pickle slices in on the side which would result in a soggy sandwich for tomorrows lunch.

Asking them to remake it turned into a big debacle and the chef at the time said that they need to create signs to prevent returning sandwiches.

The chef then asked me to repeat exactly what I wanted and I did. But then instead proceeded to make the sandwich the same way.   When I tried to prevent another disaster I was treated very badly saying that that's what I told them to make.  It made me very uncomfortable and I had to leave without my food and I don't even know if I'm getting a credit back on my purchase because they didn't give me any money back or receipt showing the return.

I know they were busy and I waited patiently.  I wasn't demanding any extra service or any speed option.  I loved getting sandwiches here because they're so close to home and its a small business.  But I can't justify paying the extra cost plus tip if they're gonna treat me like I'm lying, that my order requests are invalid, or get upset if I catch a mistake on what I...

First of all, there's no problem with the staff. They were all good at their jobs and were very kind and welcoming. The problem is with the food.

Me and two of my friends went here for breakfast and seemed to all have at least one complaint about the food.

One friend ordered an omelet with chorizo. The chorizo was very bland, it tasted basically like unseasoned ground beef. I tried it too and could confirm. Along with this, the "toasted" English muffin was not toasted at all. It was just in general flavorless, which was fairly disappointing.

My other friend ordered a Breakfast BLT, and didn't receive any lettuce or tomato, just the bacon and egg. It wasn't overall bad, it was just disappointing.

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich. There was little toppings, primarily chicken salad, which I wouldn't complain about too much but it was fairly bland chicken salad. It just felt like mayo and chicken. Also on the menu it was supposed to be on a croissant and it wasn't, which I wasn't told there would be any changes to this.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Maybe their other items are very good, considering the reviews, but what we had was nothing to...

Food is very good and quality. The staff there is lazy, slow and rude.

Lazy: refusing to hire more people or put proper systems in places. The guy will ask you 15 times how you want your sandwich made.

Slow: good luck getting in and out within 15 minutes. They are understaffed and could care less how long you sit there and wait.

Rude: Place has only 4 parking spots up front and 2-3 are taken by employees. They have no sense of how to run a business. You don’t take up more than half of your parking spots that customers should be using.
