The restaurant is basically a Mediterranean Chipotle. You can pick between a wrap, a bowl, a melt, and a salad. You can pick a premade option or make your own.
The food was good and the portion size was generous. The location was also very clean. I am giving the restaurant 4 stars instead of 5 as the sign was very confusing when I tried to order a salad. The sign is set up exactly the same way as Chipotle's, and it is not clear from the sign that a salad does not come with a protein (step 1 is pick your option, step 2 is your toppings, and step 3 is your protein). I found out when my order was being rung up that the chicken on the salad was $4 extra. The owner was kind enough to take off the chicken when I asked about this, but he did try to say that a salad does not come with a protein because the salad is big. It doesn't make much sense though since at Chipotle the salad is the same cost as a bowl and includes the protein. I wish this was more clear on the menu, as I would not have asked for a salad if I had known that it didn't come with a protein.
Overall the food was excellent and fresh. The location was also very clean. I would strongly recommend...
Read moreKabobske is easily one of my favorite places to grab lunch. Everything is super fresh, full of flavor, and made from scratch. Their hummus is homemade and seriously some of the best I’ve ever had—so creamy and packed with flavor. And the homemade pita chips? Totally addictive. I could eat a whole bag of them on their own.
The portion sizes are generous, so I always end up with leftovers, and the prices are really reasonable for the quality you’re getting. The seasonings and sauces are amazing too. You can tell a lot of care goes into making everything taste just right.
On top of all that, the owners are so friendly. They always remember my name and make me feel like I’m part of the family. It’s one of those places you look forward to...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place as I'm generally a fan of Middle-Eastern fare, but I just can't recommend it. I got the 4-sides sampler and some baklava to go and none of it was enjoyable. The pita was dry and tasteless, which is, frankly, inexcusable for this type of restaurant. The hummus was bland. The falafel wasn't bad, but it didn't taste like any falafel I've ever had before. Even the baklava was sad...a mushy, bland lump. The highlight was the french fries, which were decent. Friendly people inside, but the food just isn't good enough to bring me back. Sorry...I hate leaving reviews...
