Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken — Restaurant in Cincinnati

I went to the glenway lees chicken , I asked for the eight piece and asked for nothing with grease on it. I got home and I found greasy chicken , called and they didn't make it right. all Bengal fans go to frishs , reds fans go to kfc , frishs offeres five dollars gift money if your order isn't right. lees said I should have brought the chicken back to them. like it was my fault . I asked for what I wanted and like so many times in a lot of fast food joints they don't even relay it back to the crew making it. I called lee s regional office they said they couldn't help me. SO BASCIALLY HERE IS WHAT YOULL GET FROM LEES , THEY LL PLAY YOU FOR STUPID AND HOPE LIKE YOU HELL YOU DONT LOOK IN THE BOX BEFORE LEAVING CAUSE THEY DONT CARE WHAT YOU ASK FOR YOUR GONNA GET WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE. YOUR ONLY OPTION IS TO DRIVE BACK TO THE STORE WITH THE CHICKEN YOU DIDNT ASK FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEY DONT SEE THIS AS INCONVIENT , THEY DONT CARE. Out of everything,chicken,just sucks, service there is no service,maybe one,two people working at a time, especially the one on glenway in Ohio,a girl rang me up I was ordering the liver and gizzards meal (pint) and some extra gravy literally waited Ten minutes for them to tell me they was out of gizzard's,then asked for a refund manager looks at me asking "are you sure you don't want anything else?"I'm thinking 🤔"if you don't give me my refund now"but I said "no thank you" and left,gave them another chance my wife wanted chicken fast(we normally cook our own)went in 3 people waiting, lady complaining on the phone,she like "I been waiting 20 minutes for a leg and a thigh"I'm like hell NO been there done that"left immediately they are extremely dysfunctional and the place looks dirty I mean it might be clean but...

Got home late from work so stopped here for a quick dinner. I must say that I don't know how this place is surviving with so much competition. I got a 3 pc. Meal which has 3 tenders, 2 sides and a drink. The tenders was juicy but flavorless. The Mac and Cheese was bland and tasted like it came from a frozen Banquet dinner and the slaw was watery and the biscuit was a simple Pilsbury Grand without butter. The best part was the sweet tea which was awesome. The service was fast but i guess it should be for what tasted like a microwave dinner for $9. If you're on Glenway just keep driving to Popeye's, KFC or if you have time, Ron's Roost. Much better food...
