Horrible service, GM doesn't know how to run a restaurant. If I were owner, I'd get him out, he's preventing you from making money!! Waited 20 min for sandwich to be made when come to find out they didn't make my sandwich and skipped my ticket as I noticed guests who ordered after me are leaving, then when I received my sandwich, it was to have extra meat and it didn't. The manager was arguing saying "I know what extra meat looks like and that's extra meat... we always measure it out" ... which I know hence why I always get extra meat (because you always have to order extra meat for a decent size sandwich or your just eating bread). I should have recognized this was going to be an awful experience when I saw 2 other customers walk out right before paying and another guy not have his fries upon leaving, ask for them and the staff not give it to him until he showed proof with his receipt that he paid for the fries. C'mon staff, PAY ATTENTION TO THE TICKETS, it wasn't even dinner rush!!
I've been going here for years and see the service get worse and worse and many times my orders have mistakes and I never complained... I just had to this time bc the manager apologized by saying to me "I'm sorry this is my first mistake today" (thats an apology???) obviously not, I saw 3 mistakes within the 20 min I was there by observing. He did nothing else but argue with me and I left there angry. Get someone in there who knows how to run a restaurant and can apologize in a sincere manor especially when I'm wasting my time waiting on you because you skipped my ticket.
That was the most expensive bread I've ever eaten as the manager wouldn't work with me and I wasn't asking for anything other than what I had paid for and sadly didn't get it, even while waiting. (Also if you can skip someone's ticket, miss someone's fries on their order, how can I guarantee you made my sandwich with that extra $1.19 in meat that I paid for when I recognize it didn't have enough on there. Again I've been going there for years and get the same sandwich every time... I also know what extra meat on a sandwich looks like and this was definitely not what I ordered)
Sad thing is there aren't many ingredients/menu options for a restaurant to screw up so badly... how pathetic.

Read moreAn employee at this restaurant location found my phone in the bathroom & was trying to keep it & lied to me about having my phone. Everything was fine except for when I went to the bathroom I left my phone in there. Once I realized I didn't have my phone I went back to Penn station & looked in the bathroom for my phone. It was not in the bathroom where I left it so I asked the employees if someone turned in my phone or if they found one that I left in the bathroom. They all shook their heads no, & said they don't know anything about a phone. I asked someone at a gas station nearby to call my number. So they called several times for me & finally someone answered from Penn station claiming a customer had taken it but had brought it back. When I retrieve my phone from Penn station I checked my location on several apps I have that are constantly tracking my phone & the route that i was taking as I do delivery for my job. My phone never left Penn station. That means most likely a female employee had my phone & was lying to me about having it & initially wasn't planning to give it back. Probably only when she realized there's not only a screen lock, I also have a Google lock on it, that they weren't going to be able to use it & was not much that could be done with my phone they decided to let me have it back. How considerate of them. But I would have tracked it anyway & filed a police report so that was stupid. I don't know who the thief & lier is, but they have a bad actor amongst their employees at...

I went there yesterday with several co-workers and ordered a philly steak sandwich with everything on it except pizza sauce. the person that rang me up repeated the order twice as I confirmed it twice...upon receiving the sandwich it was the philly steak with only cheese and pizza sauce...okay things happen its loud I understand it, so I considerately brought it back up and restated that I wanted everything but pizza sauce... They remade it and this is where the breaking point was...upon placing the sandwich down, the same person that rang me up/brought me the food said " you need to be more clear next time with the food when ordering, the sandwich traditionally only comes with the meat and cheese"...I understand mistakes are made, but to stand there and blame me for screwing the food up are you serious? my co-worker even said that when I was ordering he heard me state very clearly what I requested. (the order on the sticker stated + pizza sauce) all of my co-workers just looked at me and they were all baffled by the fact this individual had said this. I don't expect resturantes to act like since I am customer they need to worship the ground I walk on, but its more of just a common respect issue and blaming me on a situation I had no control...
