Louis' Cajun Seafood — Restaurant in Cincinnati

5-13-24, I placed order on phone repeated ordered twice on phone, lobster/ with added sausage boil i get home , realize my order is incorrect!! Lobster was in bag, correct,👍 look again had crawfish also!!! I hate crawfish I didn't order crawfish!! No sausage which I had added!! People check your order before you leave the restaurant!!! I wish I had check mine!! I call the restaurant he told me to bring food back I explained to him I had already placed food in a dish that would be considered contaimination at this point because I had opened bag, breathe on food, I don't believe he would've threw food away if I had brought it back. He probably would have resold it, So I told him i wasn't bringing it back, I just took the loss of the sausage not being in my order, I just ate the lobster, potatoes, corn. I threw the crawfish in the garbage can I don't like crawfish. Next time I'll check my order before leaving the restaurant....

Only gave the atmosphere a 4 star because I do live in this area and know it’s a decent area, the place itself just looks super sketchy lol. I have wanted to try this place for a long time but put it off because of it looking sketchy. I got this for dinner and OH. MY. LORD. IT WAS PHENOMENAL!!! I got the family portion boil (idk exactly what it’s called lol) and I got it with the snow crab legs and double headless shrimp. I got it mild with the Louis sauce and that sauce was absolutely delicious. It definitely is a meal for just 3 people (if all 3 people eat the same amount of portion). My dad doesn’t like seafood but I convinced him to try the shrimp and he loved it. The corn and potatoes were very good. I loved the corn and the others loved both the corn and potatoes. I will 100% be eating from here more often. This place deserves a lot more credit...

My wife and I have been ordering food online and going in to pick it up for years. Today we ordered I walked in first to grab the food but they wouldn't give it to me so I went out to tell my wife, she walked in to get it but they said she couldn't pick it up without an ID. Instead of arguing or making an extra trip for 3 dinners we opted to cancel the order (they allowed her to sign the void and verified with our telephone number 👀) and went to Hooks and got the same 3 dinners for 10 dollars cheaper. It's a shame because we've been going to Louis for a while and the food is great but today the service was less...
