My experience through the drive-thru... Made me not want to go back to that location or McDonald's ever again period. However I avoid that location, bc of the way the staff talks to employees. One time before this, same location, incident my two young boys (4&5 yrs old) were dining in, the man willing tables was talking to his friends, loudly saying the F-word over a dozen times. I hear him say to his friends..." I just got you all that free food mother F-ers. So basically me and my two sons had to sit there and listen to their conversation, as we're waiting on our food, this employees talking about how he just gave this couple all this free food. They also got their food before we did and we ordered first. It's not only were we sitting there hungry and listening to that we also had to listen to him and his girl and guy friend couple cussed back and forth with the f word saying price till this price so that Cincinnati white boys. We eventually packed up our two chicken nugget Happy meals and the rest of my food and went to the car and finished our food. Worst experience ever at any McDonald's I've ever been to. I take that back I had another bad experience at the McDonald's in Walnut hills on Martin Luther King near Burnett. However I won't get into that at this time. I love McDonald's my kids love McDonald's I don't like some of the things that happen inside of the McDonald's anytime we try to dine in practically at any McDonald's...
Read moreFirst, it's around 10pm when I visited, so nothing TOO LATE for a place that is supposed to be open WAY past 1am.
The service was...rude and dishonest. After waiting at the order cue (first car at the menu board/speaker) for over 20 minutes, I decided, "maybe it's not working", so I pulled forward. When I got to the window (one car ahead of me-and this took another 15 minutes) someone comes to it saying, and I quote, "we're only taking Uber eats and door dash orders now." I responded, I have an online order, so that's a no-go."
I gave them the order identifier and waited another 5 or so minutes for ONE triple cheeseburger with no pickle. That burger literally looked THROWN together. Half the cheese was not on the burger or even inside the bun.
Well, at least it was fresh(ish), right? Nope. The burger had the consistency of cooked sawdust mixed with partially dehydrated "meat".
The bun was at a stage that can't quite be described as crunchy, while also almost chewy.
If this were my first experience at a McDonald's, I assure you, I would think that it was just a visually more appealing version of what I imagine that paste like substance they ate in the Matrix was.
I can only imagine the reaction if I had asked for ice cream.
Avoid this place at all costs unless you like being irritated and treated like you and the staff have a long...
Read moreThe food was good and the service after they got my meal wrong was good too. The young lady fixed the order as best as she could and without attitude . I didn't feel as if someone spit in my meal as I made sure I had positive energy myself.
I ordered a quarter pounder cheesy bacon jalapeno burger without the bacon since there isn't an option of just the cheeseburger itself. I added extra jalapenos, tomato, lettuce and pickles. I received my order with bacon and none of the add ons, so naturally I had to give it back because my burger was now tainted with pork. They fixed the issue but didn't add on extra jalapenos which I decided to leave it be. I would live without it.
I also ordered an Oreo Frappe. I took a look at it and thought, well at least they got this right. But when I took a sip, it was not what I ordered. It was a caramel frappe with Oreo bites on top and drizzles of caramel. So again, I'm dissatisfied.
Lastly, I ordered a kids chicken nugget meal with an extra fry since my grandson wastes the apple slices anyway. We didn't get the extra fry - which I made no complaint of because he wouldn't have eaten the second one anyway.
Too many complications for my first visit at this location. I think I'll stick to my favorite locations that I typically visit on a weekly basis. I'll give this one a try again by the end of the year or next...
