Oh my gosh! The food was made amazingly and was extraordinarily flavorful! Every dish had it's own signature flavor, and was very much "dhabewala"-style.
I ate the steaming hot amazingly flavored Chole Puri (large puri), Onion Mirchi Bhaji (really jumbo spicy peppers), and Mysore Masala Dosa.
The Mysore Masala Dosa was actually the best I ever had... there was alot of Aloo Masala in the dosa and also there were large red chilis... very authentic! Come to think of it, all of the food was probably the best I ever had. I can't forget the flavors! So good! Don't tell my Mom!
Finally, I very much recommend to eat while standing or sitting there, "street food-style". The food is made to eat while steaming hot and fresh. I think this is what the other reviews were complaining about. They probably made the wrong choice and waited too long to eat their food (waiting until they got back to their home to eat...) Eat while there, you won't regret it!
As an extra, the staff was very kind and compassionate... really easy and stress-free ordering... each dish was ready in like 10 minutes
Overall great experience: This place is at the top of "my list" for Indian...

Read moreWe tried the Chicken Fried Rice, Schezwan Chicken Noodles, Mirchi Bhajji, and Tea.
The Chicken Fried Rice was flavorful and came in a generous portion for the price, but it couldâve used more chicken. The Schezwan Chicken Noodles were average - they seemed to be tossed in a ketchup-like sauce, and the noodles were clumped together rather than nicely separated.
Tea was good and hit the spot. The Mirchi Bhajji, however, was disappointing. It didnât taste fresh, the inside was dry and tough to bite into, and overall, it felt more like a fusion twist than an authentic version.
There are no tables or chairs available near the food truck, itâs more of a stand-and-eat spot or a...
