Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Cincinnati

I am highly unsatisfied with my last expierence at this Restaurants location in Clifton on short vine. We stopped here to grab a late night snack before heading across the river to KY for some last minute refreshments. I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza (which is my favorite), and 2 side salads one with no tomatoes add mozzarella, banana peppers and onions. So I went to pick the pizza up at the store, to start it was the manager working the front counter and she didn't even acknowledge my presence she say hi or even smile. I walked up told her my name and was told that they didnt have the parmasean packets that I had pre-ordered on the mobile site. I said ok and took my pizza and left once again without any acknowledgement from the manager. Side note: I've worked off and on in the Restaurant business from entry level to Store trainer to management for the last 20 years and one thing they drill into you is always welcome and thank your customers/guests, ALWAYS!! OK BACK TO IT, well I opened the pizza and i really couldn't believe my eyes. The pizza was burnt, really burnt. I swear it looked like it had been made earlier in the night and then put back through for half time in the oven to reheat it once I ordered it. And the taste was disgusting. To top it off my salad was missing the pepperoni and banana peppers that it comes with so basically I received a bowl of lettuce with dried out old mozzarella ( which is called fresh mozzarella on menu) a little bit of paemasean flakes and I swear it had to be a whole onion. Needless to say it was gross also. I wrote a complaint to corporate and on their website ,on the stores website and in the mobile page, I didn't get one reply, zero zip nothing. So that was a wasted 26 dollars down the drain. I won't be going there ever again or any Donatos for quite some time for the simple fact no one addressed my complaint. This location took our money and then refused us pizza. We ordered and paid online, received a confirmation text and delivery time. 2 hours later, 1 hour past our delivery time, we had still not received our pizza. We called the location and waited on hold for 30 minutes, no one ever answered. We drove to the location to just pick up our pizza. The person working said they had no drivers to deliver our pizza. He could not call us to tell us this or apologize for the inconvenience for some reason. We simply asked for the pizza we had ordered then. He said no he was unable to give it to us because it was too old. So we asked for a refund. He said he could not do a refund at this time and that we would have to wait 3-5 business days. So this business simply stole our money. They made zero effort to remedy the situation and simply did not care that they had taken our money and given us no pizza. Will NEVER go back here. We usually like to order Donatos from time to time because we like the pizza but this is the second time we have been treated this way and the second time they did not give us the...

Had to correct the person taking our order several times over the phone. We ordered 2 large pizza's 1 mariachi and 1 serious meats. The order we received 35 minutes later were 2 mariachi pizza's. We called and asked for a serious meats pizza to be made so our order could be completed the person on the phone argued that we ordered 2 mariachi pizza's and we reminded them that we had to correct them several times when we initially placed our order. Finally they agreed to make a serious meats pizza and deliver to us. One and a half hours later we recieved a mariachi beef and not a serious meats pizza. They had no desire to make things right and wasted our evening. We have reached out to corporate for a refund. I will never trust my business to this store again.
