Subway — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Majority of the people who work there are extremely nice (Neeth, Nick, Terra).Almost all of them were very nice to me. I used to be a regular at this place, first person every morning. I spent almost 60$ on subs every week. I stopped going to this place and gave this place a 1 star because of an extremely rude Indian guy called Sunny (not Neeth) who works there or (owns the place, I don't care). I used to purchase drink with sub every week (combo meal). Sometimes I used to purchase sub in a hurry and request the person on the shift if I can come later for a refill during lunch. Once such time, when I came back for the refill, the person working the morning shift left and this rude guy Sunny was working. I told him I came for a refill. He was extremely rude, looked at me like I was thief, didn't bother to check with the person in the morning shift, instead behaved like I was sneaking in for a free drink. In front of every other person, insulted me and told me to get lost in such words. That was the last time I ever went to this place. Horrible guy, rude to customers and never smiles. Last guy you want to meet in your mornings. I will certainly avoid going there...

This Subway was good at one time. I can't say for sure what happened but I can say that a smile and a hello goes a long way with most people. If this is lost in the food industry then your business is in trouble. An employee named "Rick" looked at me without saying a word waiting for me to order. In the process of making my sandwich I got the impression he didn't know the names of some of the produce I was wanting on my sandwich. Instead of talking to me he referred to just pointing at ingredients (most of the time he was wrong) also I might add he was very light on toppings and in no way would ask if I was satisfied with the amount. At the conclusion of the transaction he did not check my order, ask to make it a meal, or prompt me to insert my card to pay for my food. The whole experience left me feeling as if Rick was angry at me personally for whatever reason. Over all a very awkward situation that made me really compelled to write this review. When I go to subway I always get a chicken breast sub with turkey as the extra meat and have never had a problem with it until I came here. The man told me he couldn't charge me as extra meat but charge me like I was buying a whole new sub. I came back here a few days later and tried again with a different man working with no problem. I got the sub I wanted. I went back again with the first man working ready to argue a little bit that I have done this before at other subways and this one and was only charged for extra meat. The man tells me that he is the manager and something like that can get people fired. I have came back to this subway a few times but when I see he is working I go somewhere else because I know I won't get the sub I want without paying an unnecessary price when literally all I want...
