I had a taste for seafood and was wondering where I could go in the Cinnaminson/Delran area since Bobby Chez closed it's Delran location. Capt'n Chucky Crab Cake popped up in my search. Very clean open store, for take out. They have limited hot food prepared only lunch hours. You have to heat up/cook at home. Their crab cakes were very good with a lot of lump crab meat. We enjoyed the flounder and stuffed shrimp also. Everything was tasty and fresh. He also said they have lobster rolls the first weekend of the month. A BONUS...They had STOCKS pound cake...

I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now. I'm so glad I finally made it over there. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Shrimp salad was amazing. My daughter loved the stuffed mushrooms. We both loved the shrimp rolls ups. You have to order the broccoli slaw and coleslaw, both are really good. On a lark, we decided to check it out. Guess what? Pretty good. The crab cakes have high meat content, for this alone it gets a higher rating. The NE clam chowder was decent (no potatoes, but lots of clam.

This place is worth checking out. The 'ding' I have is very light seasoning. That is a personal preference thing; some like light seasoning, others like more. I tend to like more.
