I’d give negative stars if I could. The GM of this location is an idiot with zero customer service skills. I have NO idea how he has the position he does. EVERY time I go there when he is bagging food, I get the wrong order. Literally EVERY time. On one occasion, he literally snatched a McFlurry out of my hand and said “oh wait that’s not yours.” Only to walk it back over to me embarrassed and hand it back saying “actually yes it is.”
The only reason I still come to this location is because it’s the closest to me for a quick lunch break, and usually the shift manager (super tall guy with glasses) is great to interact with and usually gets things right, quickly correcting his wrongs IF he makes a mistake at all.
Not this moron of a GM tho! He’s so damn worried about his ticket times and keeping them low, that he hands out the wrong food FAITHFULLY. I’ve been in that field before, I know ticket times are important…doesn’t matter if the food goes out WRONG. So stupid and so frustrating as I most times never have time to return to fix it. Corporate or whoever needs to retrain this incompetent manager or get rid of him all together. He is TERRIBLE for business.

My “EXPERIENCE” at this particular McDonald’s Restaurant in Cinnaminson, New Jersey was NOT a great experience!😔😡 I was greeted right away 🤗 and did tell the cashier that I was going to post my foods 😳🤫😂 on Google Maps 🤗🥰 and YELP too so please make sure you let your workers know!
Well this McDonalds has teens only working 😳🤫 that I saw 🥺🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ who weren’t interested in the foods and were not 😔🥺😡 doing their job! I ordered a Big Mac with EXTRA Meat 🤗🤫😂 because “WE” all do know that the once Big Mac was truly it’s name but now they should change the name to Little Itty Bitty Mac 😳🤫, I’m just saying 🤫🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️😂🤣🤔🤔🤔!!!
I don’t need to tell you the facts that this was the WORST McDonald’s meal that I’ve EVER order because you will see from the photos! NOPE NOT ALL MCDONALD’S has the same quality foods and/or service either!!!

I was deeply disappointed with the service at the McDonald’s in Cinnaminson. I was there with my children, and one of them is autistic and has severe food selectivity. He does not eat the Happy Meal, but I’ve purchased the toy separately many times before — and I can prove it.
This time, I asked to buy the meal he actually eats (which costs twice as much as a Happy Meal) and simply include the toy. I clearly explained the situation and made it obvious this was a legitimate exception involving a child with autism, but the staff still refused to accommodate.
It showed a complete lack of empathy and preparedness to serve families with special needs.
I honestly hope my children grow out of wanting to eat at places like this just for the toy — it only ends in frustration.
McDonald’s, you urgently need to revisit policies like this and provide proper training for staff to handle special situations with basic human...
