Tries out the mobile ordering app. Worked pretty well. Easy to navigate and place the order, the problem is in the delivery. I chose to have the order brought out to my car. And there was a little bit of confusion of pick up point at the location. When I arrived, all of the numbered vehicle delivery parking spaces were taken by dine in customers. So I was unable to pick a delivery space and had to go in for delivery. I could see my order on the board as in process and waited in the special pick up line to get my order. Now, no one checked with me to ask which order I was there to get. And as I stood waiting to be helped, i notched one of the counter workers run out the door with an order. Standing in the lot looking at all the unoccupied cars in the delivery spaces.... so I look at the board and see my order is still in progress, not in the ready column. But I think, I better go ask the runner what the order is she is trying to deliver. As I walk out to the lot I see her trying to give the order to the first person she sees sitting in their car. Luckily the person doesn't know what is going on and declined to take it. I ask what is in the bag and show my order number on my phone.... it turns out to be my order. And I received it. But at this point, I would have been better and more quickly served had I just walked in and ordered at the counter the old...
Read moreThis is one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. Because it's so close to my house I typically got here 2-3 times a month (weekends). It seems like everything I order food from here something is missing. From complete sandwiches to multiple items. Usually I don't check my bag before I leave the parking lot and it's not worth it to me to turn around and get my order corrected. Today I had a passenger so when I was pulling out the drive threw my passenger checked the bag. And shocker it was missing an item. A little irritated I decided since I was still in the parking lot to just park and go get my missing item. Needless to say that didn't go over well. I got told that the manager on duty bagged my order and even after checking my bag and my receipt there's no way that the order was bagged incorrectly. So I insisted go check my car my missing item was not bagged. To no avail. Don't get me wrong you want $2.50 I'll give it to you. But I ordered something and I would like to get what I pay for. And attacking my character because you messed up is not okay. So for anyone who decides to hit this drive threw, check you bag before you leave the window. Pretty sad you have to do McDonald's employees jobs for them to make sure you get what you order. But yell deserve a "livable wage but can't even count the number of sandwiches you...
Read moreI am very annoyed and frustrated with this particular McDonald's because I go online to find a McDonald's that's still open because I know it's late and most are usually closed by now. So, to my husband and I's delight we see that this McDonald's drive thru is open till 2am, giving us approx. 20 mins to get there. We get to the McDonald's in literally 5 minutes. The drive thru appeared to still be open, as the menu boards & drive-thru were still lit up. However, much to our dismay and disappointment no body wanted to take our order, even though there were still employees there who could have taken our order, but they all apparently made an executive decision to not do so and actually close the store early. At least that's what we thought. Come to find out this particular McDonald's doesn't keep up on making sure that their stores info like their store hours are up to date on the website so that their customers aren't mislead and left hungry and disappointed. Just seems kinda irresponsible and being extremely complacent.
