Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Citrus Heights

This location ripped us off. They said they honor $10 Tuesdays over the phone, but when my fiance went to pick them up, they said they wouldn't honor the deal. He was frazzled and paid for it anyway. I was furious, called corporate, and they assured me they'd return the overcharge. Nothing has happened yet and it's been a few weeks. The Madison and Garfield location is much better. The food appears fresher and the place smells cleaner than this location. I won't be eating at Papa Murphy's if they don't refund the theft from this location, but either way, I'm steering clear of this location from here on out.

UPDATE: After dealing with corporate, I only received one response to my compliant in the form of an insulting and rude email from this store's manager. As a result, we don't spend a penny at any Papa Murphy's anymore. There's no accountability, this store could overcharge your card and nobody in corporate will care. But if you like Papa Murphy's, there's a way better location 2 blocks away, food is...

I have spent $150+ at this store in the last month. I have never had an issue with my pizzas until the last order. The pizza was completely messed up. There were ingredients missing and when I called to find out why the employee just said, “ oh we ran out so I substituted regular onions for the green ones. “

The crust was supposed to be stuffed and it wasn’t. And the pizza had large air bubbles that completely changed the pizza.

When I tried to get a replacement the store was closed.

The next day I tried to use a coupon that customer service gave me for a free pizza. I ordered online and redeemed the coupon but when I came to pick up my pizza the store owner said that she didn’t give me to coupon so she will not honor it. She was rude and didn’t even try to make things right. I will never come to this...

The food is standard so naturally it’s good. But, the service is greatly lacking. I ordered from here online e by mistake as it is on the same street (Greenback) as the one I intended to buy from online. I called to see if they could cancel (online app doesn’t allow cancellations). This girl that answered said it couldn’t be gone on her side. Ok. So, I went there (way out of my way, but that’s my fault) at the 28- minute mark anyways. The lone girl there hasn’t even started the pizza thinking that I wasn’t going to arrive. There is no reason to think that if I had paid for the pizza and had never said anything to the contrary since the order couldn’t be cancelled.
