The Cinder's Bar — Restaurant in Citrus Heights

I’ve been a loyal customer at this bar for over 15 years and never once skipped out on a tab. Recently, I was wrongly accused by a bartender named Kevin, even though I had already paid. Instead of checking the cameras, I was forced out and violently attacked by five or six white patrons.

I had just had foot surgery and left with swollen hands. I called the police, but they never showed. The owner has since denied I paid, despite having access to the footage.

This experience was humiliating, painful, and clearly racially biased. I’m seeking legal action. If you’re Black, think twice before stepping into this bar. Oh yeah and the Owner will take pictures of you while you in the bar from surveillance cameras and manipulate them to his favor to make look like you the crazy one. The bartender is awesome, but the bar is so outdated on the outside, isn't very inviting, very dark inside. You can definitely tell it used to be a strip club. It will have along way to go cosmetic wise, and people wise. The women's bathroom is just disgusting needs updated. And depending who you are your drinks could be very cheap. Wish I could give it a 5 but the bar is just so cold and dark, needs some curb appeal inside and out. And I don't know what they were thinking when they put tables in but if they were thinking of going comfortable or whatever, the tables cut.the bar and made it look to small. This is another bar that I would not have chosen on my own, too dive bar-y. However my friend likes it there so I met her one time and my experience there was pretty lame, the inside is too dark and old looking. The bartender was ok and so were the drinks he made. The outside seating area is a nice touch but very outdated. Mainly, nothing stuck out about this bar, except the fact that it used to be a strip club maybe? Lol.
