The food here was great and the price is definitely fair. The service wasn't great though, and bringing kids is kind of a drag. There does not seem to be high chairs here, and they dont have kids meals. My daughter wanted milk and they didn't even have that. They couldn't provide us with a cup that had a lid either. Basically not that kid friendly. They never took our drink order, the first time I saw our server she just asked about the food and that was it. A second later we realized we hadn't ordered drinks. It was pretty hard to get her attention after that and eventually my wife flagged her down. I looked around the room and everyone else had water too, so I guess I'm not the only one. I wanted this place to be my go-to for lunch so badly. Unfortunately, it really misses the mark. The biggest issue is that it’s incredibly overpriced. Thai beef salad is my favorite Thai dish, and this restaurant charges about $15 dollars and puts a laughable amount of beef in the salad. Last time I bought it, the amount of beef in the salad was downright pathetic. There were just a few, tiny pieces of meat (see photo). It also doesn’t seem very authentic- includes ingredients not traditionally found in this dish (bell peppers). They are also never, ever on time for the estimated pick up time. I wish I could leave a better rating for this place but I have to be honest. The food was quite good and was hot. The place was clean and orderly but the service could use some improvement. I ordered the drunken Noodles which is traditionally a spicy dish and it was indeed spicy but not overbearing. It was cooked correctly and came out in an appropriate amount of time granted we are in the middle of a pandemic so the place was empty so your mileage may vary. I didn’t like the service because I was only checked up on once and had to go to the front to ask for napkins which took awhile because the lady was on her phone and didn’t realize I was there waiting.
