Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Batavia

Is very rude employees here. I made a mistake and asked for light ice when I got to the window. The lady was rude told me.I need to tell her When i'm placing my order. Was very nasty to me. Then when I went to go back in the store. The ran over and locked the door so I couldn't come back in. Very unprofessional. We have two dunkin' donuts Batavia ny. These employees treat their customers so bad. Do not go to this store. They don't care about you. And if you go to the store Around close time. You might not. Get served because they purposely close early. This is the worst store ever. Do not go to this location. I even called and said who I was and they hung up the phone on me. I went back through the line and sat there.And they refused to come to the window to give me a new drink. Do not go to this location. You will not get good service.They do not care about you here. Definitely go to the other location at 136 west main store. They are so nice to you there. They actually care about their customers. This location needs to change. It's giving Dunkin...

I love this place! I was forced to go to Tim Hortons for so long because that was the only option to go to for a while. But now that I live in this area, I get to pick from two!? Even better! I even tricked my fiance into drinking a Dunkin iced coffee (she is a Tim Hortons groupie, I put the iced coffee in a Tim Hortons cup) and she said she liked it! Plus my new favorite drink to get from there is the Dunkin Energy Punch. Yeah, you need to get awake quickly, that's your drink to get. Plus, the food seems to be done a lot better.

The service is always nice plus, getting hit on always seems to boost the ego a little bit especially when you just saw your uncombed self in the mirror 15 minutes before you went.

The prices of the food and drinks are reasonable especially when compared to the Starbucks who serves the other part of the society. The only complaint I really have is the weird layout of the drive-thru. But there are easy ways out of that and the...

Came in for coffee. Waiting well over 15 mins. Only seen 2 people working. Yes, 2 people. Very very busy time of the day. Sad to see. Kids looked extremely stressed. Felt awful for them. Someone dropped the ball on schedule perhaps. Came back a second time, different time of day totally different day of the week. Same 2 people same exact situation. I did not have the spare time that day so I left. Please do better by your staff and your customers. I understand there are not too many with a work ethic or even a drive to show up..but you lose customer base when there is no consistency and most people have time crunch and can't spare 20 mins for a coffee. Reward your staff that shows up by giving them the understanding that they will be supported when there is a staff shortage ( even if that means you yourself show up , roll up your sleeves...
