Tee-ed Off — Local services in City of Canandaigua

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience as a new member at Tee-ed Off was so exceptional that I had to share. I signed up for the $150 unlimited "off-peak" membership late on a Sunday evening, around 7 PM. To my surprise, my membership was activated instantly, so I figured—why not? I booked a session for 8:30 PM that same night.

Almost immediately, Kevin reached out via text, letting me know to call him when I arrived so he could walk me through the setup. When I got to the facility, I received an email with an "open door" button—one click, and I was in. After heading to my bay, I called Kevin, and he guided me through everything, patiently answering all my questions. He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly.

The next morning, I decided to get in a practice round before work at 6 AM. While adjusting some settings, I got stuck—and to my surprise, Kevin sent a message directly to the PC, asking if I needed any help. Within seconds, he remotely logged in and showed me exactly where to find what I was looking for.

It’s clear that Kevin takes immense pride in his business and goes above and beyond for his members. The facility itself is state-of-the-art, spotless, and perfect for focused practice. If you’re looking for a place to refine your swing without the distractions of a crowded driving range, I highly recommend a membership. Tee-ed Off has exceeded my expectations...

My father and I were there Monday Sept 2nd and played on the curly simulator. We played 18 holes at Pebble Beach and the graphics were great. Only problem we both kept having was after we both hit our tee shots, our second shots showed our next shots right back at the tee box again. Something was happening and it kept messing up. We both know our clubs and lengths we hit and the shot graphics were totally off and inaccurate. As a decent golfer with a good handicap it should be spot on a correct. We listened to the beep sound, hit our shots, and definitely wasn't accurate for distances for any clubs at all. For the price we paid, we definitely weren't thrilled it kept not registering our shots with the balls provided with the sim. I even went with a new ball from a sleeve and that didn't even get accurate either. My father wasn't happy with what happened and it upset him very much too where we almost left in the middle of play. Can someone please get back to us to figure out what went wrong I'd...

I have had such a great time at Tee-ed Off. The facility is clean, and the bays are very spacious. I have had some change of plans adding people before my t-time and Kevin has been very accommodating. Customer service has been fantastic. Temperatures are kept pretty cold inside which I personally love because I get hot while swinging. Bring a sweater if you get cold easy. The simulators I thought compared to ones I have been too are pretty good. Updates fast and shows you your ball flight. Great course selection. Memberships are a fantastic value. Check them...
