Horrible experience. The salesman name “Jeff” had very poor customer service. He acted like he didn’t want to be at work at all. No smile, very nonchalant and could careless. My son & I went in this location because it’s by our home and I just purchased a new iPhone 11 for my son, being that we currently have the Metro Pcs service, we came to switch service to the new phone. Although I forgot my metro pcs account password, they were unable to move forward. They referred me to go to the corporate office or Caine back on Monday. This was a Saturday we were there. As per the other sales person she explained that the “ASR” or manager they could override “ forgot password issues” does not work on the weekends. She was more apologetic and spoke kindly . However her and “Jeff” started talking in Spanish... holding a conversation. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Were they talking about us? We were the only customers in the store. Worst customer service ever. I will never go back...

I went in looking for 4 new phones and seeing what deal they had. The woman who said she was the "assistant manager" she quickly said that T-Mobile had an offer and I could switch to them. ( why would you push customers away instead of trying to help) So i did, I asked for a specific phone for myself which was not honored. I was also told that for me to switch my phone number to the new phones I would have to come back to Metro PCS and pay her $150 to do this. That is illegal. I went to the T Mobile store in Glen Cove and they explained to me that she is running a SCAM there and I am not the first person this happened to someone else.
