Nassau Country Club — Restaurant in City of Glen Cove

Moved to Nassau cnty recently & was looking To join a golf club. Was surprised to find out That the area has so many top rated choices. Made contact with a 1st Class 20 yr Member, Played the course, enjoyed a lunch & a dinner & NCC went right to the top of my list. Completed the Lengthy Process with my Wife & was pleased to be accepted. The final step was disastrous & totally unexpected. I called to inquire About a Facilities charge that was substantially Different than discussed or listed on the fee schedule & I said let me get back to you in a couple of days. I got a classless reply— “We can’t just wait around for you- Maybe now is not the time for you to join”.

I am very disappointed with Toyota of Stamford. They gave me a package for $154.00 package for servicing my car and Since I was out of town I talked to them and gave my credit card and asked them how much are they charging and they said they will charge $154.00 and they charged $190.54. When I asked them why they charged more their answer was that my car needed more oil then they thought. They completely lied to me and would not refund my money.
