Kru Coffee — Restaurant in City of Glens Falls

Food and coffee are good. I love their breakfast sandwiches. Their spicy aioli and maple sriracha bacon are really, really good. That being said, their service is lacking.

The young lady behind the POS this morning, 6/16 @ 7:45am, messed up two of the three items I ordered. Got the wrong bread and bacon on my sammy and we did not get our drip coffee until after the sandwich came out, at which point I had to grab her attention by raising my voice. Very laid-back environment, my go to is a vanilla cold brew.

I wish the parking was a little bit easier.. sometimes The parking lot is filled, which makes it so so you have to park Near the circle, which can be a pain during certain times.. however, I would say this is one of my favorite spots to go for coffee. It’s a lot better than Starbucks.

My boyfriend and I decided to try a new coffee shop for our anniversary. And I am so glad I chose Kru! The staff was incredibly friendly and I can’t wait to come back and try more. I have severe allergies and every staff member went above and beyond to grab me ingredients and give me the breakdown of their in house made items to ensure my safety.
