In the past I have been thrilled with my pizza and satisfied with my service at the Hudson Baba Louie's. Today this was NOT the case. I always order one of the signature pizzas and swap one or two of the toppings without issue. Today despite the fact that I swapped toppings I was charged as though I had added toppings. This brought the price of my small pizza up to equal the price of a large pizza. When one of the waitresses came over I pointed out the mistake to her and explained that I had been charged for adding toppings when I had in fact swapped toppings. I explained that I always ordered my pizza this way without an up charge. The waitress was rude and unhelpful. She told me that I was wrong and that it had always been that way. When I made it clear that I knew it was not always this way she then said that they had just changed their computer system. Apparently the new system does not allow for substitutes, only additions. If this is truly a change to the way Baba Louie's does pizza then it should be made clear when ordering. Due to the lack of willingness of this staff member to remedy the situation I will not return to the Hudson Baba Louie's.
