They left me on hold for ten minutes, and then accused me of being late when they finally picked up and said they'd have to reschedule my appointment. I insisted that I was NOT late. The person on the phone insisted that the counselor I was meant to speak to was apparently occupied even though I had been scheduled to meet with her, and was told to wait and that they'd call back. Half an hour later, I heard nothing so I called back, finally got to speak with the counselor, only to be told she was too busy to speak with me. This experience is not vastly different from the other experiences I've had with this place.

I’m fully vaccinated but just lost the proof of one dose in a Scotland as Scotland health service did not record my walk-in.
