Borders on malpractice. Here is the Hippocratic Oath, in case the staff there isn't familiar with it:

I do solemnly vow, to that which I value and hold most dear:

Had a phone consultation at 5:40pm trying to get mental health help. They left me on hold for ten minutes, and then accused me of being late when they finally picked up and said they'd have to reschedule my appointment. I insisted that I was NOT late. The person on the phone insisted that the counselor I was meant to speak to was apparently occupied even though I had been scheduled to meet with her, and was told to wait and that they'd call back. Half an hour later, I heard nothing so I called back, finally got to speak with the counselor, only to be told she was too busy to speak with me. This experience is not vastly different from the other experiences I've had with this place.

They disbelieved my vaccination status and lock my school account, causing my several classes having to be dropped because I missed assignments. I’m fully vaccinated but just lost the proof of one dose in a Scotland as Scotland health service did not record my walk-in. I was just trying to get myself vaccinated as soon as possible in Scotland even without a proof, but now Cornell health just blames me for not having every vaccines recorded.

In a time when support and help is needed for a new grad student being in the US for the first time, Cornell health just chose to punish students and brought them even more stressors...
