Pudgie's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in City of Ithaca

I ordered the family pack, a pepperoni pizza with mild wings and an extra order of buffalo wings. I did not see any place where It was just regular buffalo wings. So I had to click on an order and make a comment just to have regular buffalo wings. The family pack also comes a drink. I got to the store to pick up my food. It was not ready yet which I was a few minutes early so that was OK. While I was waiting for my food, I had seen the manager scratching her head and touching a trashcan and going right back to making food without washing her hands. Once I got my food and dropped it off to my mother, I had noticed that my entire order was not correct. The only thing that was correct was the mild wings. I had received a cheese pizza and extra Hot Wings even though I commented saying I just want regular buffalo wings. I called the store to speak to them to let them know that I did not receive the correct order and the manager pretty much told me that I got what I got and she does not have time for me or to deal with the situation and hung up on me. I called the ordering app and they could clearly see the correct order that I had placed. They contacted the store and there was nothing that the store could do. Meanwhile, the manager gave me attitude at the window as I was picking up the pizza that I had already paid for earlier in the day before I noticed this entire order. The manager has no sense of customer service, and does not know how to wash your hands after touching her head and a trashcan. This is very unsanitary and I will never ever eat here again and I’m hoping that I get my full refund like I had asked for because my whole order was wrong and I didn’t even get my soda. Pudgies has one of my two favorite pizzas in Ithaca. However, this week with home projects and an overnight shift, I decided to call for delivery before work. BIG MISTAKE! Phoned at 7:35pm Family pack with a two topping pizza told it would be about 45 minutes. Delivery completed at 8:25pm. Get the food inside to find pizza was cheese only and wings were pathetic! (See photo) Being in customer service I was disappointed with the response of Vinny on the other end of the phone. "Nothing I can do about the wings. I can have the driver bring the correct pizza or can offer 1 free topping for your next order." I had TWO toppings which he was unable to refund to my card. So I told him to bring the correct pizza in which he said the driver would be back to 'exchange' pizzas. How about, "go ahead and keep the incorrect pizza and I'll have the correct pizza to you as soon as possible? After all I was hungry 45 minutes prior!! I waited, waited, and had to call back just before closing time, told it was on the way the driver had 'other' deliveries before bringing making my delivery right. Finally received my pizza at 9:11pm an hour and 46 minutes after ordering, 20 minutes before leaving for work. Needless to say, dinner was rushed and not enjoyed at this point. $45 for a pizza and 10 wings is pricey! Too much to ask for order to be correct and timely? Wife and I ordered a sheet pizza and 2 dozen wings from here as usually their wings and pizza are good, once we got home opened the wings to find absolutely no sauce and plain wings that were under cooked and couldn't even chew, we were not shown the pizza or wings upon pick up but didn't ever have trouble before so didn't think to ask, when we called back to inform them about our wings the manager who wouldn't say his name was extremely argumentative and denied saying that the wing were fine, and basically called us liars, he offered to remake the wings, but as we explained we lived 40 minutes away, and go there because usually it's good food and service, he then said that if we can't drive back that night, he wouldn't do anything we would have to deal with what we got! No refund, no offer to make them the next day or, send anything to like a gift certificate for another time, we got told to deal with the food we got, needless to say I won't be returning to the Ithaca location, by far the absolute worst experience, worst...
