I’ve been a customer of Great Wall’s since I was a child. My family and I relocated 45 minutes away and still once a month we do a large order on a monthly basis to bring home. I work for the sheriff’s office and we do large group orders on a regular basis not including those who order individually. Great Wall canceled my order twice this week simply because they don’t want to deliver to the jail. I also called on Saturday and they called back 15 minutes later claiming they had no driver all of a sudden after I was told only a 30 minute wait. I tried to order again today and again 10 minutes later we get a phone call stating that they simply aren’t delivering to us today! I’m sure it’s unpleasant delivery driver refusing to do so. The food is good (most days) but I’m not spending my money with a business who treats their life-long customers in this manner. Employees are always pleasant and polite, they recognized my voice and order after the 5th time and remembered my address and favorite dishes (and how I like them, with no mushrooms). Best chicken with garlic sauce I've ever had, by the way. Also they do something different with their spare ribs, throwing them on a grill or something, so they can actually blacken and partially burn them, which is DELICIOUS (ask for "boneless spare ribs, almost burnt, black"). Never had an issue with delivery time or missing items, and they are willing to range a fair bit further than one would expect. Read moreI've ordered from them a while and I loved the food. Me and my fiance wanted to eat at a different place in the same plaza but they were closed. The service has always been great. But the one time I actually went into the store, I noticed a couple quarter sized spiders moving along the wall on a web where the entrance is and moving behind the paintings on the wall. This leads me to believe they have a spider problem. I promptly checked my food after it was done and noticed some dark spots in the breading of my sweet and sour chicken that should not have been there. Sad to say I won't be eating there again for a while until the problem is taken care of. The food is good and cheap, but a spider problem is not something I need winding up in my food accidental...
