Savona's Plaza Pizza — Restaurant in City of Kingston

After being a very regular customer, I will NEVER order from here again! I placed an order for a pizza combo and was told it would take 40 min. I called to check on the status after an hour had passed only to be lied to and told it had gone out for delivery and Id receive any min. I live 5 min away. So after another 15 min passed I called again to be told the kid who took my order put pick up on the order and it was still sitting there. I asked to speak to a manager. Well Frank who refused to give me his last name told me he would "feel" my pizza that had been sitting there for 1 hour and 20 min to see if it was still warm. I said that was not acceptable and should receive a discount at least to which he blatantly said "no" I will not give you any discount. If you'd like I'll make you a new pizza. Uh no thank you! I'm not going to wait another 40 min. I will NEVER support this ride, incapable business again! Good riddance! Horribly rude and totally...

awful service, last 4 times I’ve ordered delivery my order has been wrong and I’ve had to call back to get it fixed. Forgot the sauce for a calzone, put ricotta in a calzone after EXPLICITLY being told no ricotta, forgot the chicken in my penne vodka (and the chicken cost extra). Not including the fact my penne vodka was definitely just reheated, the sauce was watery and the whole container needed to be mixed so the sauce was actually ON the noodles. AND NOW ordered a sicilian that came RAW, stretchy gooey RAW. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes in hopes I could avoid complaining AGAIN, and it was still raw. Called and spoke to Frank (and another associate) who ADMITTED the pizza is PRECOOKED and then recooked once it’s ordered. Clearly someone forgot a step here. Delivery driver was real enough to admit, once we showed him, the pizza was definitely raw and HE wouldn’t even eat it. Never again will I order from here, I don’t need to get sick everytime...

Well here is a review on savonas plaza pizza first of all I will never be ordering a pie or stepping foot in this restaurant because the restaurant does not care about the safety of pedestrians and people around. They allow their delivery drivers to drive like maniacs. So therefore I will never ever step foot into this restaurant ever again. It doesn't matter what delivery driver it is you can always tell that it's a Savona delivery driver if they are speeding through parking lots. And just speeding around town. If I have to go to a plaza pizza then I guess I'm gonna have to go to a mountain boulevard because I will not step button to this restaurant.
