I recently visited Chiramen and overall, I’d say it was an okay experience — not bad, but not particularly memorable either.
On the plus side, the service was friendly and efficient, and the location is super convenient. The space itself is clean, modern, and inviting — plenty of room to relax and enjoy a meal without feeling crowded.
I ordered the Dragon Roll and a lemonade. The roll looked good but the taste didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The rice was slightly overcooked and the fish, while fresh-looking, had a bit of an overly “washed” quality — it muted the natural flavors you’d expect in a good sushi roll. The lemonade, though marketed as fresh, tasted more commercial than house-made.

Chi ramen has better tasting ramen than Sherry blossom and actually gives you a ramen spoon with your oder, not a fork.
They also dont require you to wait behind a long line of people ordering Poké Bowls to place your oder.
They have dedicated chefs for each meal to alleviate wait time
The staff is always polite and attentative

I rarely come across Kirin Ichiban at a Japanese restaurant, but they had it here! The omurice was delicious, the curry sauce had just the right amount of saltiness, and the ramen was also very tasty. The rainbow roll with wasabi was absolutely perfect! The most stunning dish was the matcha red bean pudding—it was hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had in the U.S.! (Not too sweet, but the matcha flavor was incredibly rich.)
All the staffs are super sweet and make me...
