Very calm and nice beach, few shops to buy food and ice cream, also can do a long walk if you like walking. I don’t recommend bringing speakers, the beach is quiet and very familiar, the people in charge of the beach are very friendly, you can rent a chair and umbrella for 19/20 USD full day. They will drop it to you there and they will pick it up for you too.

Like it’s ok to bring speaker but usually people respect the noise and it’s never too loud which is good if you coming to relax and tan.

Family, couples, friends spot. I am not Gringa, but if you coming to the beach make sure you will return to you home either your garbage. Do not leave it on the beach, wind will make it get to the ocean… take care of the places. Ahhhh, forgot to mention, you have to pay for access in the beach. 15usd. With 100 usd for 2 people you do good for a fun day...

The beach can be reached by train from Manhattan. It's a 10-minute walk from the station to the beach. Access to the beach is charged from 10am on weekdays and 9am on weekends: 15$ per person. There are very few seaside restaurants, so bring your own supplies. Showers and toilets are available. It's not uncommon to see dolphins and whales. Yesterday we...

Long Beach is a beautiful beach. I have been going there for many years and have always enjoyed it. It's clean, well maintained and has a definite family vibe.

The boardwalk is ok for running, biking or walking but there is not much there in terms of rides or anything of the typical beach front activities. The boardwalk is mostly large apartment buildings, though there is one ice cream place and a bar.

The summer season is just over and I'm looking forward to next...
