Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in City of Long Beach

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant in my life. First of all, these prices are not regular Taco Bell prices. I was charged almost $30 for 6 items that generally cost me half of that at any other Taco Bell. Second, whoever the tall miserable man was who they have working there on Thursday nights around midnight needs to be fired. He was extremely rude for no reason, basically threw my food at me & when I asked for a cup of water (which is literally free) he looks at me with a blank expression & goes “no”. I sit there for a second & I’m like, “you can’t give me a cup of water?” & he responds with “no I can’t”. It’s like he was trying to give terrible customer service. I have never seen something like this in my life. That is just straight up refusing your customers orders & not doing your job. On top of that, the food they gave me was bizarre. I ordered a Mexican pizza & it just looked like a pile of dog food in a box. It was extremely messy to the point it was falling off the sides of the box even when it was closed because it looks like they just piled it with sauce meat & cheese & threw it in the box without caring. What a disgrace. I’ll never be returning to that location, & to the tall guy working that refused to give me water just because he felt like it, quit your job if you hate...

Place make good food, buuuuut always and forever and ever they get the order in drive through wrong. Do not ever ask for a taco with no cheese. I always order the over priced $30 party pack for years. Same way for 12 pack, please no cheese on 4 tacos and please mark them paper. Order takes 10mins just for them to do that adjustment and get it wrong. Today they finally marked it and for the first time I didn't check the tacos. When I get home, it was 4 tacos with cheese and meat only. I had to take a pic lol I can't make it up its just that hard lol.. I didn't take back was to hungry had to clean out cheese for my kid to eat it...

Best part they make me park on the side and wait for the special oder to be wrong lol

But the food is good, I guess we can't have it all and no it's not cheap tacos.. $30 for 12 regular tacos is a robbery especially if they get the order wrong, lol

This place up charges a few dollars across the menu from the standard menu everywhere else. Not only is it more money, but the food sucks. When I got home and looked at everything, it was burnt, small dry pieces of chicken. Plus, the people working there are very rude. One time, I ordered and waited and waited, and everyone else after me got their food and not me. It was 2 tacos. I asked how much longer, and they said they didn't make it and I could get a refund.
