This look nice inside but it’s unpleasant and the service was not good. My experiences was awful today the lady at the counter quickly assumed that I wasn’t staying to eat after ordering my food. She rushed my order by not really listening to want I wanted to eat here, she give me a cheddar and bacon 🥓 omelette which that’s not what I preferred. After sitting down eating this I realize that it was the wrong order and she was filled with a lot of negativity in here,& I guess because I wasn’t yelling about my food she was looking for another way to get me annoyed but I didn’t go there with her and she started talking badly to me. And she started doing hand gestures to say I was crazy Bc I didn’t want my food and she told the other lady to help these people which I find that description as a races remark,& after the other waitress help me,& I spoke to John Bc the manger wasn’t there to help me in this situation he told me to call or come back after 1pm Bc that’s when she will be there,& I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s not the best service they didn’t come up with any resolution to resolve my issue and this waitress was very disrespectful to the point that even when I was having a positive conversation with the other waitress she started to continue to say negative things towards me. All I wanted to do was sit down and eat before I head back to work,& I received the worst experiences and customer service here. I will not rate them as good, great or excellent. Worst place to go to especially if your just trying to chill with yourself before going back to work. Just because a places appears to look nice inside doesn’t mean the people that are inside of this place is nice. They get a F,& even after she knew I wanted to stay she seated me anywhere and never asked me if I wanted tea or orange juice or water. The lady with the Blonde hair is extremely rude she try’s to engage the customer into drama instead of communicating in a positive way with the customer and her attitude was not pleasant from the beginning but I will not ever go back...

Owner doesn't allow anybody but herself to use the cash register or tender cash so I had to wait to get change. As soon as I came in I was waited to a booth but owner yelled at a group after us that came in to eat because she asked how many people were in there group. They walked out after being seated and I dont blame them. That's not the best way to keep business. Milkshakes are delicious and food tastes great. Workers should be more enthuisastic about there job though and when i was there, only 4 tables of groups were eating and my waitress didnt even know that she was our server. We waited 15 minutes for a check, never recieved it and had to come up to ask to pay so that we could leave. When we came up she said "do you have your check to pay" and I said "you never gave one to us". She hadn't even remembered she was the one that served us our food and...

The manager was ridiculously rude. The diner is in the middle of the block but my husband and daughter insisted on walking down to the crosswalk and back up while I jaywalked across directly to it. This lady refused to seat me when I arrived. It felt very racial but then I saw she was straight rude in general. My meal alone was $20 of the bill but she refused to give me a paper bag for it unless I paid for it. She was also very rude to some elderly guests, one of whom was dressed in uniform on Memorial day because he sat in a chair that was somewhat in the way. He was like 100 years old and he sat in an already placed chair but she is devoid of any social skills. Will never return. Food was mediocre including her food colored...

I am reluctant to share an opinion. It seems to be a bit of a local treasure so I do not want to ruin the place by sending a lot of touristy beach goers like myself. The food was very tasty and the menu had many of the expected staples of a diner with many unique options as well. Our server was very attentive and friendly. As I sat having my burger special and my wife an omelette I looked up and saw pictures of locals (I assume they were locals) having various milkshakes wearing Cheshire Cat grins of happiness. I had to have one and was happy I did. Everything was great. If you are local and don't eat here you are missing out. If your not local you will feel like you are a resident. Good Eats!

Small spot on Long Beach who's main attraction is their shakes. While I enjoyed the shakes, I felt the rest of the food was very mediocre. Spinach pie was delicious though. They also have a sign that says best turkey burger and to me it was very tough and dry. My milkshake seemed to lack all of the colors of my boyfriend's shake and so it seemed lackluster to me. Overall, I've had better diner food but the person who seated us (didn't catch her name) was polite and pleasant.

Meh...so many choices for diners and egg sandwiches in the area, I wouldn't order from here again. Ordered the egg sandwich on a croissant. They were supposed to be scrambled, but as you can see in the photo, they weren't. Instead they looked and tasted like "over hard" fried eggs, so basically useless.
