My mom and I have been searching for a place that can accommodate curly haired women such as our selves. We were recommend by the manager, Bobbi! I came in for a blowout and was extremely happy at how wonderful the staff were. My mom on the other hand was over the moon! She was helped by Katie who spoke with her for half an hour and made her feel so comfortable and welcome. She explained the entire process to her and asked her so many questions about EXACTLY what my mom wanted. Katie is so professional and talented. It is so hard to feel that way in most places when you have very curly hair and never seem to have the experience. My mom came back looking 20 years younger, she was absolutely glowing and she almost cried after years of terrible hair salon horror stories. Her hair was perfectly cut with so much volume and bounce to her shiny curls! The color was immaculate and looked so natural!!! I also have to say, Bobbi is truly the kindest and most caring manager I have ever come across. The chop shop is the place to go for curly girls !!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH CHOP...

I started going to The Chop Shop in October of 2023. By luck I got blessed with Caitlin Grace. She was a legit God send. I had been going to a friend’s house for as long as I could remember until I couldn’t anymore. The Chop Shop was recommended and by a leap of faith I got the courage to go. Caitlin is truly an amazing soul and an even better hair stylist. She put my worries at ease and I felt comfortable with her to just trust her and her expertise in this industry. My mom passed away a few months ago. My mom always loved my hair blonde and I had expressed this to Caitlin. My only regret is that my mom couldn’t see the magnificent work that Caitlin does. Can everyone come here ???? My daughter is 13 and on the spectrum and on her own accord she decided she wanted a more mature look. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with an upbeat welcome. The vibe and energy was amazing and exciting to be in. Chanelle ? Spelling ?did my daughters soft edgy cut. She walked me through the entire process and engaged with my daughter so beautifully. We had an amazing experience with her beginning to end.
