Amazing Pizza Party Experience – Highly Recommend!

We recently had 4Bros come to our house to make pizzas for my child’s birthday party, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The team arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to make the day special. Watching them prepare the pizzas right in front of us was such a fun and interactive experience for the kids—everyone loved getting involved and choosing their own toppings.

The quality of the pizzas was exceptional. The dough was fresh, the toppings were generous, and the flavors were fantastic. We had a mix of classic options (cheese, pepperoni and New Yorker) as well as chicken scarp, spaghetti carbonara,Nutella zeppolus , and everything was a hit. My guest couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the pizzas were, and there were more than enough for everyone.

The best part was how easy and stress-free the whole event was. 4Bros took care of everything—cooking, serving, and even cleaning up afterward. The staff was professional, friendly, and great with the kids, making the entire experience enjoyable for the adults too.

Very good plain slice. Noticeable larger than your standard slice. Price to quality ratio is incredible. Crust is crispy on the outside with just the right amount of char. At the same time it’s fluffy and moist in the inside and not at all brittle. I think there’s a little rye in the dough but not so much that it makes the whole thing sour like these Neapolitan style pizzas out there. The cheese and sauce have that milky-mozzy salty sweetness and golden oil that make it impossible to stop driving each bite into your face one after the other grasping for air in between bites. Truly a perfect NY slice.

Garlic knots were juicy and properly seasoned, fluffy and moist in the inside like the pizza crust. Unpretentious marinara sauce to go along with it.

Zeppoles came out sitting on a mountain of powdered sugar. Looked like I was about to chow down on Scarface’s nuts. Totally unnecessary and most of the sugar got thrown out but it was the kind of loving gesture that makes you feel like you’re grandmother/Nonna is serving you.

It appeared that each time I walked into this place nobody acknowledged me. So, on the third time again, I'm a ghost! Unbelievable, it's about five guys in the back each about 300 lbs so I see them clearly busy making food. Then another brother stands directly in front of me holding a baby and he says nothing. We locked eyes! I had my card in hand so obvious I wanted to make a purchase and I said to myself, how many times are you gonna patronize this business that never acknowledges a paying customer, so like the review before me, I walked out! Very poor customer service. I'll just continue to walk down the street to Walkway Pizza and Pizza on Main where I'm greeted properly and professionally every time. And don't get me wrong, bc I speak to strangers but putting these brothers to the test was so easy. If I don't speak first, I was ignored but they'll take my money. Green paper trumps brown skin...
