Very disappointed in this store. My playstation stopped working I was playing and the video went out. It says "no video display." I dropped my playstation in on a Wednesday when they first opened the store at 12pm. I worked the night shift and got off at 8am, I only slept 3 hours to get into this store early hopeful they could repair my playstation. They estimated 2 days to repair over the phone. I totally understand. Two days go by, its the end of Thursday I actually don't expect my playstation to be ready. I called and they said they haven't even touched it they need more time. I understand, I give them more time.
It is Saturday now. It has been 4 days in the shop my playstation. Meanwhile I'm living in a hotel with ABSOLUTELY nothing to do during this quarantine. I would like my playstation for games and netflix. So on Saturday, on the 4th day, THEY HAVE NOT TOUCHED MY PLAYSTATION. It's been there four days and they haven't even looked at it, they have no idea what is wrong and what could be wrong with it. This whole time there was no communication to me, I have to call the store and ask each time. So by the end of the 4th day, I come to the store and pick it up. The people here are clueless at this store. Also, they were rude to me over the phone and gave attitude. The one thing was they were actually nicer in person, but the fact that my playstation went untouched here I think is unacceptable. If even a little effort was made I would not be writing this post.
So now I called around and I believe there are no other stores to fix my playstation. With my pride I rather have a broken playstation than pay this store anything to fix it. In life I'll always choose the small guys over the big guys. But sometimes life fails you, and the small guys here have failed me. So I will be going to target or amazon and buying a new...

Experience: I walked in to a smiling woman (Natasha) behind the counter helping a customer. As I browsed the extensive but not repetitive displays around the store I was greeted by this brilliantly spunky, joyful, little dog! Do not be turned off if you don't like dogs! The little fellow respected your personal space unless you invited him over, did not bark or jump. Gentleman (Lucas) approached me within 1min of browsing and asked how he could help. Within 3min I was walking out, smiling, that my phone would be fixed in 1hr at the lowest cost I've found for screen replacement! When I picked it up, Natasha spent 15min with me patiently and knowledgeably helping me pick out best case/accessories for my lifestyle and my device.
