Be forewarned! This establishment DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE PARTIES LARGER THAN 10! It appears my original review was removed, so I am here once more to steer anyone looking to receive great hospitality and service ELSEWHERE!
My family planned a birthday dinner last Sunday with the hopes of CELEBRATING. However, we were treated as though we were a burden to this establishment .
I was taken aback immediately by the hostesses attitude upon entering. Her frustration and disgust were evident and plain to see. Her attitude coupled with the bouncers presence made me want to turn around and leave MY OWN party. There was apparently some confusion regarding the party size. There had been made a reservation for 10, but some 11 more than expected had arrived. Instead of graciously accommodating our party this establishment separated us and scolded us for greeting the 6 other's that were isolated across the restaurant.
As I shared in my original review, they did not make it a celebration at all!
We were so rushed and hovered over that we opted to take our cake to go after singing happy birthday.
We felt entirely unwelcome and if I'd been there sooner, I would have voted for my family to go elsewhere where our money and our patronage would have been appreciated and well spent.
If you ask me, we were overly generous with the gratuity, paying additional because we caused so much "trouble. " Never ever again!! This place needs an attitude adjustment and the food was subpar. My salad, the Krave salad, was wilted. I'd asked for parmesan instead of gorgonzola with added shrimp. Neither did I receive! With all the chaos it didn't even cross my mind to send it back. My cousin ordered mac and cheese which arrived with hairs in it! The waiter took it back and exchanged it for a new one, but the gross factor had already been established. I mean this nightmarish experience was far too much trouble than it was worth. My drink order was wrong. They don't make mocktails for non drinkers. I swear the amount of cake we brought in was NOT the amount of cake we received to go! I'm upset just recalling it all! Krave, earned the reputation of an establishment...
Read moreThe venue is beautiful, decor is gorgeous. We went on a Thursday night so there was a live band with two singers doing covers. I had fried calamari as an appetizer which was seasoned so well, that I thought the rest of the dishes would follow suit….Well I was wrong the krave wings, ; (which they had two flavors jerk and lemon pepper) wasn’t that flavorful, more of a wet lemon pepper sauce so if you were expecting dry then don’t order. The tacos we’re supposed to be jerk chicken, but for some reason their was a bbq sauce sweet flavor as well, which threw the whole taste off for me. Lemonade (not pictured) had tap water taste. When the waiter came to my table I informed him that their was no apples or can cranberries and lack of cheese in my salad, I was mistaken as he pointed out the shredded veggie I thought was cucumber was actually the apple, but ignored the fact that their was a lack of cranberries and barely any cheese. He quickly walked away and pretty much ignored my concerns. Once the bill arrived I was excited to see that they had a QR option to pay, so we didn’t have to wait for the waiter to come back, as he was extremely busy ignoring our table. Once I paid and we were walking out, the waiter rushed to grab my boyfriend (some what aggressively, which he quickly apologized for) to inform him that the system for Apple Pay doesn’t work at this location. I showed him the notification that the charge in fact went through and was approved…we waited about 4 minutes for them to say I was correct. No apologies.

Read moreI went for the first time for Midnight Brunch on Easter. I got to the location a little after 1. It was $55 cash to get in. Food is inclusive which was nice but no one is truly eating $55 worth of food. To be honest , the food lacked flavor entirely. Only the fried chicken tasted good. I’m also not a picky eater so that says a lot coming from me. The drinks were typically priced (almost $20 for a glass of Sangria) but definitely good. No issue with service. DJ was great. Vibes were good. Decor was beautiful. The problem was that I barely got to spend an hour there. They shut the party down early due to a supposed altercation in the back. I didn’t see or hear any altercation to be honest but even if one did occur, the 2 people could have been removed while the party continued. Instead it got shut down immediately. I didn’t hear a warning given or anything…just the DJ telling us the party is over & thanks for coming. I spent $55 for no reason just to end up having to find another spot to go to…to spend more money. Nobody got refunded even a little something. A guy next to me literally walked in 5 minutes before the shut down (many people did), paid his $55, & for a bottle (which we know is expensive). He asked for a refund & the bartender offered him to take his bottle to go. I felt so bad for him. Not sure what the outcome was to that situation. I definitely feel like that was a huge rip off for many of us. If that didn’t happen, I may have returned for their upcoming even. Due to my experience, I’d probably not come back again, worrying it may...
