Bagels on the Run — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

Ordered a little after 0730 on 5/19/2021 through Grubhub. I have inlaws in my house and figured I'd get some fresh bagels for them and I'd scramble some eggs to. I've heard great things about Bagels On The Run as well as seen the line out of the door but I was not impressed. The bagels were not soft and as fresh as I would have liked, toasted them slightly to make them softer before serving. I'm addition to that I ordered 3 apple turnovers as advertised on the app, but was equally disappointed to see the order unfulfilled. They substituted the variance of baled goods with a corn muffin (luckily I'm not allergic to corn team). I appreciated the love note attached to the bag stating the effort made to satisfy the order fully but still unsuccessful...... however I would have very much appreciated a phone call instead stating the same and at least offering me the option to pick another item to replace the apple turnover instead of just assuming I wanted a basic corn muffin.
