Sandwich King Burgers Steaks & Shakes — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

I googled Best steak sandwich this place came up we drove from Yonkers 25 minute drive was worth it five of us we decided to head out get some Steak sandwiches we ended up getting Philly cheesesteaks amazing my homegirl got one of the other famous sandwiches Mikey, something lol . Also delicious everything was fresh The guy was super cool, even gave me a chair. We sat outside in the front waited for our food. Unbelievable, where do I start? I ordered a 9.99 meal, I got ringed up and the lady over the counter tells me 14.50. I said it’s 9.99 the menu says 9.99. She goes “Oh that’s the old prices, these are the updated prices after Covid” okay Covid was 3 years ago? That’s not an excuse. Secondly, the “chef” in the back (can’t miss him) tells me “Oh that’s just a little more money it’s okay” that’s what you tell a paying customer? Is it 9.99 or is it 15 dollars ?!. Change your damn menu prices because they are playing the neighborhood people, they literally charged me FOUR dollars extra than menu price. I’m telling all my co workers don’t come to this place , they played me big time and potentially my coworkers. BECAREFUL ASK FOR THE PRICE BEFORE ORDERING OR THEY WILL PLAY...

The service is fantastic and quick! Now if you're thinking quick service probably means mistakes in your order or the foods not that great...you're totally WRONG. I cannot stress that enough, the sandwiches are always FRESHLY made. The meat and cheese is always fresh, the food is always hot (delivery doesn't take forever either and it's always hot when it arrives!) They have a nice variety of things to offer. The woman who works the counter/answers the phone is super friendly, always greets you when you walk in and talks to you like you're old friends.
