Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

I truly don't know what was worse, the product or the TERRIBLE customer service. More specifically "Patricia" I placed my order after being rudely asked "What do you want" and no not in a polite tone, then I sat down to try and enjoy my hot beverage and not only was it practically cold, there were tones of coffee grinds. I asked for a new one and was rudely greeted with "Nope bye". I was in shock that someone could be so rude to a customer. After that she began getting an attitude with a maintenance guy who works for stop and shop. The young man looked like he was ready to pass out from the heat (it was approx 90 degrees) and when he attempted to get a cup of water he was met with more rudeness. sean was very rude and pointed stuff out in a rude way as it was obvious. he should stop being like a baby and act like a good worker, which everyone wants in a worker. to be nice. the lady working with him was very nice and sean could’ve taken example but chose not to. he also put his name tag on his hat so maybe no one can see his name and write reviews? but i still found it so i hope to not see him there any time soon. he also ALMOST forgot my food but i had to remind him, because how do you forget? your gonna charge me $8 extra dollars for my food JUST to forget about it? no worker should be like this and i feel some action has to be taken, and every time i come here there are ACTUALLY good and nice workers. won’t be...

To the manager of this starbucks, you need to do better in staffing your employees at this location. I've had to wait over 25 to 30 minutes because there only three ladies working today. One of your employees outwardly told another employee that we would have to wait because they were short staff, and did not seem to care that we were waiting on line for a long time. When I finally got my order it taste very watered down, and it was terrible. Based on the behavior of these ladies they need to do better in being more respectful to customers.
